The look of the sprung seat did not work since this bike has suspension. So, we changed it. We fabbed up a custom seat pan for the rider & occasional passenger.
This project is coming along so keep checking back here for updates.

Got the exhaust pipes & intake tubes all wrapped up. Just need to coat them with high temp coating & they will be ready for install. Keep checking back here for updates on this project.

We decided to go a different rout with the seat. So, we shaved off the mounts for the old seat. We will be making a custom pan that matches the lines of the bike better.  After the backbone cooled down we were able to start the wiring. We installed the headlight & rear plate mount so all the wiring was there. Most of the wiring will be hidden in the neck gusset & the backbone.

Modified the rear axle & plate mount to work together as neither was designed to. Will look pretty good though.

Dropped the motor in & bolted it up. This build is a little different because of the car motor but that's what makes it fun.

We got the rear fender mounted & the tranny in. The fender will come down over the tire once the motor is in & the bike is sitting on its suspension.
