Good to see the BMW/VW bike out at this years Bugtober Fest where it won best engine in show. Chirco Automotive, local shop for all thing VW, puts it on every year. This year the show featured a motorcycle that we put a lot of work into. Glad to see it out & about. Great show lots of different rides.

The bike is about 1:56 into this one.
The bike goes by in far right lane about 3:10 into it.

After many months of work that spanned over almost 2 years, it is finished! There was a lot that was strange on this project but it was to be expected when dealing with a car engine transplant in a motorcycle frame. It was a ton of work but the finished project turned out better than even we imagined.

The look of the sprung seat did not work since this bike has suspension. So, we changed it. We fabbed up a custom seat pan for the rider & occasional passenger.
This project is coming along so keep checking back here for updates.

Got the exhaust pipes & intake tubes all wrapped up. Just need to coat them with high temp coating & they will be ready for install. Keep checking back here for updates on this project.
